Who has to attend Traffic Survival School?

Anytime you are convicted of a moving traffic violation, points are assessed against your permanent driving record. Accumulate 8 or more points in any 12-month period, and you may be required to attend TSS. Otherwise, your license may be suspended for up to 12 months. We can assist you at www.up2speedts.com

Do you meet one (or more) of these criteria?

• You’ve accumulated 8-12 points on your record.

• You’ve been convicted of a DUI.

• You’ve been convicted of a red light or stop sign violation.

• You’re under 18 and have been convicted of your first moving violation.

You will have received a Corrective Action Letter/Proof of Assignment indicating that you must complete TSS. Be sure to bring this letter to class, along with your government-issued photo ID; otherwise, you won’t be allowed into class. What is TSS?

Traffic Survival School or TSS, is an eight-hour class that is monitored by Arizona’s Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) and must be taken in person—there isn’t an online option.
